MySpend is TD's personal finance management app — a tool for budgeting, tracking spending, and understanding where money goes. The app had a loyal user base but an experience that hadn't kept pace with how people think about money today.
As sole designer, I led the 0–1 redesign from discovery through delivery. The challenge was making financial information feel less like a report and more like a conversation — something people would actually check in on.
The redesign touched information architecture, visual hierarchy, empty states, onboarding, and the core transaction feed. Every screen was pressure-tested against real edge cases and failure states.
